Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and USPS acknowledges it. If we get an address error from USPS before we ship it we will attempt to contact you, with the contact information you gave us, to correct the address. We cannot be held accountable if you gave us the wrong address and it is shipped there.

 

Undeliverable Items

If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse and we will attempt to contact you.



If you never received your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please contact your local Post Office before contacting us at hometownembroiderywa@gmail.com.
